I’m proud to be a part of the Kearney community. I’ve been working in roofing for over a decade, and now with Quay Roofing, I’ve added concrete coatings to the mix.
Quay is a family effort, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. My brothers are pitching in, and we’re all working toward the same goal: making life a little better for the people around us. When I’m not out on a job, you might catch me at the gym or cracking a joke, or out at a gig as a Justin Timberlake lookalike.
What drives me most is the chance to build something meaningful for my kids, for my family, for this community, and for the future. With over 10 years of experience in the roofing industry, Peter Lillyman has worked in every facet of the business—from sales to founding and leading Quay Roofing. He knows the ins and outs of the industry, ensuring top build quality and leveraging his expertise in working with insurance companies to secure the best settlements for clients. An entrepreneur at heart, Peter continues to grow Quay Roofing with a passion for serving others.
Stephen Lillyman
Chief Marketing Officer
With over 8 years of corporate experience in marketing, sales, and operations at a fortune 500 company, Stephen brings a wealth of expertise from his work with global industry leaders. He holds an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business, where he honed his strategic and leadership skills. At Quay Roofing, he focuses on driving growth, building strong client relationships, and ensuring operational excellence.
Joshua Lillyman
Concrete Coatings – Partner
Joshua Lillyman is a Business Administration graduate from the University of Nebraska at Kearney and brings intelligence and a quick-learning mindset to Quay Roofing as partner in Concrete Coatings. Known for his strong ties to the local Nebraskan community, you may recognize him from the performances he has starred in at the Kearney Community Theatre.
